Next working day delivery is free of charge on all standard orders.
Providing all items are in stock and full payment has been received;
– Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 3pm will be despatched the same day and you will receive your order on the next working day.
– Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be despatched the same day and you will receive your order on the following Monday.
– Orders placed after 3pm Monday – Friday will only be despatched on the next working day.

Saturday morning delivery is available at a cost of £25.00 per order.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to provide, always, an optimum level of service for all our customers.
The provision of goods on this site are provided for business purposes and the consumer distance selling rules will not apply.
If you wish to return a product you may do so on the basis set out below. If you purchase a product which has been personalised to meet your requirements this does not benefit from the cancellation option.
Cancelling an order
If for any reason, you want to cancel an order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com before the period of 14 days from the date your purchase is received has ended. We will then contact you directly to let you know the correct procedure for returning your purchase.
Please ensure that the goods are returned directly to us in accordance with the following procedure: –
- A return is made within the period of 14 days from the date the order is cancelled,
- The product remains in a perfect saleable condition (i.e. the goods must be unused and in the condition received),
- The original packaging is returned, and
- Any labels on the product are still attached.
Please note that you will be liable for postage charges for returning the item, unless the item is damaged or incorrect, and you remain responsible for safety and security of the item until it is received by us. These costs, together with the delivery costs, are not refundable.
The safe return of goods is your responsibility; we therefore suggest that you arrange for the goods to be returned using a tracked or signed for service. For high value items, we recommend that you insure the costs of goods before you send them back.
If you receive goods which are faulty or not correct you should notify us without delay. If you do not notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the right to return the goods will be lost. When you notify us of the faulty or erroneous goods you should confirm if you wish a refund, repair or replacement of the goods. Any replacement will depend on whether we have available stocks of the goods to replace them.
Where you return faulty or incorrect goods we will arrange for their return and (if a refund is required) shall refund all charges made.
